Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes, including the delivery address and the delivery option. 

However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one as we have a short grace period.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lemonoceankids.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
